The design objective was to concept and illustrate a series of book jackets that would entice a new reader to buy the set, or convince a long time fan, that they need THIS set because of how well they are designed and how well they speak to the author and novels. The process involved stylizing action scenes and developing typography that interacted with the design.
By developing visually compelling, narrative-driven designs, my goal was to craft a cohesive visual identity that enhanced and reimagined the Verne classics, aligning with the author's themes while maintaining a strong market appeal to buyers at the bookshelves.
